From the outset we have always endeavoured to develop a network of partners. Only if we are contacted directly (as a company…) by a principal, we would involve our own planning department. This distinguishes us from traditional ready built house factories or companies, which have a strong retail focus (which is only too logical, given their more "rigid" modules or prefabricated segments…).
At Weissenseer, we take your concept as a property developer and are developing it together with you to a cost-effective production planning. You serve your end customer and we will only be visible as one of the many performing tradesmen or craftsmen. This gives you customer safety and still provides you with an innovative and superior execution of a component that in this form and efficiency can only be produced by us.
