Especially in office buildings, public buildings (schools, kindergartens,) retirement homes, boarding houses, but also when building a production plant ....!

Flexibility
Design is decided by the principal together with an the architect or planner. We are only optimizing it. The timber frame and light weight elements can be modular structured to fit any construction needs. Existing structures can easily be refurbished to a passive standard.

Health
Prefabricated timber construction uses only sustainable, renewable and native building materials. With a minimum of steel and steel enforcements, almost no foam based (petrochemical) Insulation materials and mostly avoiding glass wool, our structures are of very low radiation and can easily be made pollen-free.

Responsible
Built for generations and yet at any time expandable and extensible. With highest precision and as a modular segment traceable and hence comprehensible later at any time. Every detail remains at its place, nothing moves or shifts, detailed computer generated layouts give the owner a perpetual overview about any segments interior. They could even be reassembled at another location…!
